Ingredients:
- 1/4 c soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1.5 lbs steak (fast-fry), sliced into strips
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 bunch asparagus, chopped
- 1/2 small onion, diced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
Directions:
- To make the marinade, combine soy sauce, cornstarch, honey and sesame oil in a small bowl, set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan. Add beef and brown. Remove from pan and set aside in a large bowl. Pour the marinade over top and let stand.
- Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to the pan. Add all the vegetables and cook on high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the beef and marinade and continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
