Perfect for lunches and snacks.
Ingredients:
- 2 c flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c white sugar
- 1/3 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1/3 c chocolate chips
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat white sugar, brown sugar and butter together. Add the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla extra and sour cream. Add the bananas.
- Fold the flour into the banana mixture. Then fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop evenly into a prepared / greased mini muffin tin.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
