Chicken:
- 2 lb chicken thighs, with skin
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Combine chicken ingredients and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour. Cook over grill or bake for 60-70 minutes at 375 degrees.
Green Sauce:
- 1 c chopped cilantro
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
