Peruvian Chicken Thighs

Chicken:

  • 2 lb chicken thighs, with skin
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  1. Combine chicken ingredients and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour. Cook over grill or bake for 60-70 minutes at 375 degrees.

Green Sauce:

  • 1 c chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lime juice
