The Soup & Stew Collection


It’s the heart of winter here in Southern Ontario and I couldn’t eat a salad if it was forced on me. All I want this time of year is some soup or stew to warm my body and soul. Here’s a collection of my best recipes to enjoy.

Every good soup starts with a good stock. It’s ok to use store-bought, boxed or bouillon cubes, I use them all the time, but a good stock will create that homemade taste that kicks it up a notch.
